PositiveWe have staff members who are so sweet, caring and helpful. My mom is a level 6 care and requires a lot of help. Most of the staff have experience and are good at helping her. Her apartment is the smallest floor plan yet it is bigger than apartments I toured in other facilities that cost more. The food isn't great. Could use improvement.

PositiveIt’s a small, pretty, caring facility that is Christian based. It has really worked out for our family, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They accepted both of my parents, and one was quite weak and went on Hospice. They care for both parents well.

PositiveIt was close to my home and my parents were in a rush to find a place due to frequency of falling and leaving rehab soon and could not go home without 24 hour care and that was too expensive. Other places weren't sure if they could accept him. They also had a special at the end of the month. But we have been very pleased with how kind everyone is. We have enjoyed it and they have made it so easy for us and are very loving and concerned about both of my parents.
