Chaparral Winds Independent Living is located in Surprise AZ right off of Bell Road/Grand Ave. We are close to great shopping, dining and many major entertainment venues. A rich program of daily activities will keep you busy and if you don't feel like driving, hop onto one of our buses and leave the driving to us. Our community has Casita homes with a private garage along with 6 different floor plans ranging from a studio to a deluxe 2 bedroom in our Independent Living building. Chaparral Winds is locally owned and operated by The Hampton Group, Senior Living Services. The owners have been serving seniors since 1999. We have 4 other communities in AZ. It is not uncommon to see the owner talking to residents and making sure our family is taking care of your family.
