LifeStream Complete Senior Living at Glendale is conveniently located in Glendale - close to doctors, hospital and shopping. Every apartment features a 24-hour response system, free utilities (except phone), spacious closets, Cox cable, full size refrigerator/freezer, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The community surrounds a lush courtyard featuring a swimming pool and spa. On site you will find a beauty and barber shop, computer lab, library, and beautiful dining room. Three meals a day are available, and you choose the plan that is best for you. To meet transportation needs we offer medical transportation as well as a bus for local trips to the grocery store, mall, post office, and out for lunch! Our full-time chaplain and activity director will meet spiritual needs and offer activities to keep you as busy as you choose! Independent Living, Independent Living with support services are offered to meet a variety of needs. Residents here know they are part of a Christian service and health care organization that has been offering compassion and care for more than 30 years. We believe God has a plan and purpose for each life, whether they are 55 or 105 -- and we consider it a privilege to help them live out that purpose.

Listened to what our needs were. Quickly found options one of which we selected. My mom is very happy with her location. Staff is great. Very attentive. Food is good. Apartments are nice. New updates to common areas. Very clean throughout.

Overall I'd give it a 5 for cleanliness, as well as the attentiveness and friendliness of all staff members. They offered a variety of activities that residents could participate in if they chose. The apartment was the perfect size for my sister, understanding of course that the size is up to the individual living there.

There was a prompt response to my online request and I appreciated the follow up. Though was a little much all at once and feels overwhelming while going through it. I just wanted to look and read up and check out reviews of places before making decisions and I felt slightly pressured to act immediately. Other than that, I appreciate the resource

Value for cost would be a 3, reason I say that is because initial when we first inquired it's was $[removed]less and did not know it would increase $[removed]starting the new year. Fixed incomes don't increase $[removed] year over year. We are waiting on [community removed] so hopefully it will ease the cost increase.

PositiveGreat choice, knowledgeable staff
5 on all. Very pleased with all facets. Director of facility is very knowledgeable and listens to needs and helps find the right housing solution. Facility is well maintained and very clean. Food from what I hear is decent. Only have breakfast and lunch but a lot of residents eat half and take the other half back for dinner. Pricing is very reasonable for the amenities you get.
