Absolutely wonderful staff and great care of mom. I've not seen anything that is out of place or dirty. A slight smell of urine but that's to be expected and it wasn't strong at all. Everyone is always so kind to us and mom. For the first time in my life, my mom actually likes me since she has had her meds accurately adjusted. Every time I have called everyone has been so pleasant and professional. Every place is expensive and I'm very happy with the facility that is taking care of mom.

We were kind of in a pinch when I called A Place For Mom. My mother had been kicked out of her assisted living facility which was 110 miles away from my home. From her removal to placement at Chapters was three days. My wife and I had to secure mom in a nursing facility until I could find a secure memory care facility that had an opening. Chapters fit the bill then and still does. They have a small but very comfortable memory care unit that meets mom’s needs. They have an in house NP and a pharmacy that works with …

PositiveSafe secure environment for mom.
Within the first month of mom moving in, the facility was sold to a new company named Chapters. Most of the staff remained the same and didn’t seem concerned. The facility is very inviting, clean and well staffed. The resident rooms could be a little bigger but then again, more space equals more clutter in some cases. There are very nice courtyards that provide outside areas well apportioned with tables and chairs within the secure memory care area. All in all, this facility provides everything my mother needs.
