PositiveOur family was very impressed with charter senior living. Would love to see our mom move in. Our mom wasn't impressed with the price. She has saved her money for a long time and doesn't want to part with it. I know once she is there she will be happy. She has lived in her home for 66 years and that's where she would like to be. But we know she can not right now.

Mom is getting great care. Staff is friendly and manager as well as nurse is very engaging and really do care. Mom’s only complaint is that she doesn’t like the food. She is a picky eater so I am sure it is fine just not for her.

The entire staff is very nice and always making sure the residents needs are being addressed. The facility is clean and smells great at lunch and dinner. Charter Senior has daily activities and craft events.

Never realized how expensive this would be. Was good we started this before I wanted. It's taken a long time for her adjust. Lots of depression and a difficulty with her dog. Thought for sure I was going to have another pup. But is working out now.
