They had OT and PT on site and cone get the resident from room. Can choose to use a Dr. that comes to facility, which is helpful. Lots of activities outside of just day to day, such as Mother's Day and Father's Day cookouts and special meals. Everyone very friendly. [name removed] in the office is extremely helpful. [name removed]in Memory Care is fabulous.

Although the facility was lovely, we did not have a good experience with the administration staff. We were told we would have a clean freshly painted room and clean carpet by a certain date. We had furniture delivered and the room was not ready and the money was not going to be returned. Just a difficult situation for us and for them as they were losing staff. We went to another facility that we are extremely pleased with.

Positive Experience at Charter Senior Living of Davison.

They always went all out for any holiday with decorating and involving the residents. Everyone was very friendly and always said hello when they saw us. My father in law passed away in October, but during the eleven months he was there the caregivers were awesome. On the rare occasion we did have an issue, we brought it up to admin/management and it was immediately addressed. From our experience we would definitely recommend Charter Senior Living of Davison.

A nice community

What our family likes the most about the Charter Senior Living of Davidson community is the staff. they are very friendly and super helpful. The community is always kept up decorated and it is welcoming. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Charter Senior Living to other families.
