★★★★★
PositiveThe people who work there treat my dad with care. Also, I love abroad and really appreciate their Facebook updates - I can see the activities and thing a he does. I would definitely recommend to others
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is helpful and caring. Attention to her needs. We would very highly recommend Charter Senior Living to other families based on the experience we have had.
★★★★★
PositiveCharter is exceptional. It’s a beautiful facility, with interior decorations making you feel like you are in a high end hotel. The staff is amazing..from the CNA’s, Nurses, to management staff. They are seriously, top notch. They took excellent care of my dad before his health deteriorated, requiring him to go to skilled care. Dad wanted to go Back to Charter, I so wish he could have. I highly recommend them.

CriticalOverall the place is very clean. My husband's bathroom doesn't get mopped as often as it should. He urinates on the floor a lot. The food is very good. The staff, for the most part, are very nice and respectful to us. There are a few who need more training on how to approach and handle the residents. My husband isn't being checked on through the night like he's supposed to not is he getting the number of showers he's supposed to get. I have been doing some, and that's ok. I believe they are short staffed, especiall…

PositiveWe are all new to this and don't have a lot to compare to. Mom is adjusting after being in the same house since 1956. The staff has been very helpful and supportive. We also know she will be moving in 4 to 6 months to [facility name removed], resources are limited. The facility is in a very good neighborhood , fairly new. The staff was very helpful as we were settling on a place and getting moved in.
★★★★★
PositiveThey need more residents, especially men so the activities and social interactions can be better. Yes, we would definitely recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far .
