CriticalOverall I would say I have been disappointed by the experience. They are disorganized and at times down right rude to the people living there. There are some bright spots, but the oversight and follow through has been generally poor. Disappointing. Many of these issues could be remedied with oversight.

PositiveWe were met by [name removed] who showed us the common spaces as well as a few apartments. We then sat and had a very good discussion about what makes Chevy Chase House stand out. I was particularly impressed by the physical therapy program and how the PT professionals work closely with a personal trainer. The location is fabulous and the retention rate of the nurses aides and management team was excellent. We have not made a decision yet but Chevy Chase House impressed us.
