★★★★★

★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about Grand Oaks is the friendliness of staff, Multilingual staff providing care, Options for tailored care, Proximity to hospital and option for Concierge medical care. Yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one is a resident at Grand Oaks and the experience has been very good. The cleanliness is great. The staff and quality of care is very good. This facility is expensive, but the care is reliable. One outstanding and excellent department at this facility is the therapy, including speech, physical therapy and occupational therapy. The therapy team is fabulous, they're committed, caring and communicative.
★★★★★
CriticalI saw the kitchen one night, after close. There were cockroaches crawling on everything and old, oozing grime on the ovens and appliances. It is a flooded cesspool of stagnant water and disease and I've known residents who have gotten ill eating there. The [name removed] is a whiny brat with an authority complex, and a lousy cook at that. The servers are braindead autamotons. Flavorless and filthy is all I've experienced at the grand oaks "kitchen."
★★★★★
PositiveWe are very satisfied with our experience here at Grand Oaks. The community has had us pay for outside assistance round the clock to assist my loved one with care. This makes the fees not as affordable for the family as we would like. The staff is good to work with if we have questions or concerns.
★★★★★
PositiveGrand Oaks is a little more expensive, but this community is absolutely excellent. The care services they provided were outstanding. Our loved one didn't always participate in the activities, but they had bingo and movie nights. There was always something the residents could do. The food at this community was excellent, our family really loved eating there and would get excited to go visit. If someone asked, we would absolutely recommend this community.
