They are bringing in new activities and more outings because people have requested this in their monthly meetings. Also a car for individual outings. Office staff and nurses are friendly and know you by name. Clean and safe environment. Nurses call me right away when Mom falls. There was nothing that we experienced that wasn't top notch! The people, the facility, the food, the activities!!!! We received absolutely the most incredible warm welcome from everyone. The nurses and staff are very friendly and attentive. They have a regular doctor and nurse that come by weekly. Everyone knows my mother. I find Solaris is the urine/blood work service that works with the assistant living facilities is overwhelmed and takes a long time to visit, process to get results. A lot of activities and live music 3 days a week. They decorate for every holiday and parties. They take them out for lunch or shopping every Wednesday. They have a doctor shuttle only on Thursdays. The staff have all been wonderful, the apartment is lovely. They have been having some technical issues with their Internet and phone system which have caused problems particularly with me living several states away.
