★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been very compassionate, the food is very nice. The nurses, aids, dining room staff, and management have been very compassionate and caring. The rooms are very nice and quiet and well appointed. The health director has been great, the rehab facilities are excellent and there is always something going on to keep the residents active. It's a very nice community and everyone seems to have the residents' best interests in mind.

PositiveI think facilities are good, food seems ok... but they are not very organized and seem under staffed... my dad has missed many shower days ( he gets 2 a week) so when they miss one it's a big deal and if they miss 2 in a row- yikes! It took forever to get a call button for his neck to be able to call if he needed help ... that was very concerning to me and they are slow to respond so if a true emergency then it's a bit scary... but residents are great and I am sure it's hard to get good quality staff anywhere.
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. While we're pleased to hear that you feel the facilities are good, the food is enjoyable, and that your dad has connected with other residents, we are truly sorry for the concerns you've experienced regarding his care. We understand how upsetting it can be when scheduled showers are missed, especially when they are limited to only a couple of times each week. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your dad a call button and for the concerns you've had about response times. We know how important it is for families to feel confident that their loved one can quickly receive assistance when needed, and we're sorry that we fell short of that expectation. Please reach out to our Executive Director, Tony Whitehead, at (615) 257-4962, so we can address your concerns directly.

PositiveThe Harmony Memory Care is very good. It's hard to know exactly what you need or what is most important in this situation until you have a bad experience. That is what happened to us. We moved my brother from another facility to Harmony about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Vast improvement in nursing care...consistent medication given at the right times without skipping doses. There are activities which residents who are not able to participate fully in nevertheless feel the benefit of. There is something going on to catch the …

PositiveThe front desk staff was terrific. The nursing staff and the care assistants didn't feel like they wanted to help as much, even if you had an emergency, if you didn't pay for additional services. There was rarely anyone attending the desks at each floor, and several times I found those caregivers in the bathrooms, where they had been for 15 minutes or more. Overall we enjoyed my dad's time there.

Positiveitems 1,2,3,4,5 would be a 5. The other items would have to be answered by my client, but he didn't complain about them. The overall staff seemed fine! He had no problems that I was aware of! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

PositiveI would rate all of them a 5. I am very impressed with Harmony. Harmony is great for many reasons. Location, the facility is modern and well cap in my mother felt like she sit in well with the others. Also, [name removed] was so great to work with. She went out of her way to give us time showing us around and answering any questions we had. We really enjoyed all of the facilities and the people there. Harmony just was a better fit for my mother.
