Beautiful property/location.

I'm very happy with the staff and facility. Care, cleanliness, size of apartment. There are less structured activities than larger facilities, but that's fine.

Many Regrets

While this assisted living facility is more affordable than others in the area, my family’s experience raised serious concerns about the quality of care, management, and security. This facility is not licensed, and in our experience, staff were required to assist residents in ways that appeared to exceed their training or available equipment. We also found communication with management to be difficult. Security was another concern, as the front door remained open to the public after 4:00 PM with no staff at the rec…

We have been aware of this spam review as none of the accusations are true. For the public: our license is online and available to the public, our staff is doing tasks that are well in their training range as yes our staff is trained in multiple duties and we benefit tremendously from having such versatile staff. As for the front door and after 4pm, we have staff here 24/7, they are in residents rooms, blood sugar checks and insulin begin around that time, daily and management is absolutely available and speaking with all clients all day, everyday in fact management lives at this facility. We wanted to clarify this spam review and we appreciate being notified about it.

Friendly and personalized assisted living

Although our father’s stay at Colonial Manor was short, we believe he was genuinely cared for and respected in his final weeks. The staff was kind, respectful, and made him feel welcome. We were also pleased to learn about the many activities he could participate in and only wish he agreed to join them sooner. Many thanks to Colonial Manor!

Review for Colonial Manor at Panther Valley

It is such a relief knowing my dad is being well cared for and that there is someone looking out for him at all times. Price was all-inclusive. At the other facilities, so many things were additional costs(cable, laundry, giving medication, helping to dress/shower, etc). Colonial Manor is a great place and great environment. The staff is great and very helpful. Very respectful and caring to the residents and families. I am pleased to have my grandmother staying under their care.

Recently move my elderly aunt into Colonial Manor in Allamuchy NJ. [name removed] and the staff welcomed her and made her feel comfortable and safe. After over 50 years of owning her own home and living as a successful independent woman, the transition to assisted living went so well. Her room is newly renovated, bright and warm.
