They are able to work with residents needs and provide individual care. Mom's room is really nice and she loves it. She would like to do more things outside in nice weather. I'm Not aware of all the activities available.

The Executive Director, [removed name], LPN could not have been more helpful and attentive in every way possible to all our needs. The RA's were helpful, but took a little bit of time sometimes to get to the rooms to help. I believe this may have been due to being shorthanded alot of times. The room was adequate in size. The cleaning of the rooms could have been a little bit more thorough. They usually had several activities available for the residents. Definitely a friendly environment and made it feel like home. …

The staff are friendly and easy to interact with, and they assist the family with their needs. The food is healthy and prepared nicely. Dad enjoys the opportunities to interact with other residents in group activities. His room is comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Best of all is the respect that he is given. The staff interact with him and respect his opinions and feelings.

The director and more specially the admissions direct went above and beyond to answer all questions and guide us through the process. Being from our of state while trying to get my mom moved from rehab to assisted living would have been impossible with out them. They really made us feel like family.
