★★★★★
PositiveWe continue to be impressed with the care, facilities, communication, and staff at The Renaissance. They're great! Would recommend! It's really a wonderful place and the residents seem engaged and happy.

CriticalI could certainly see why the ratings were so high a year ago. My mother loved it there mostly because the people were friendly and the meals were so well prepared …it felt like home. PositiveThe Renaissance is a very nice facility. I joke that I wish I lived there. The community is active and mixed in terms of physical and cognitive abilities. My mom really struggled to integrate for reasons outside the facility’s control but they have gone above and beyond to help her and keep us on the know.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Renaissance of Florence is a beautiful facility. The staff are very helpful and kind, taking a genuine interest in the residents and the care they receive. There is an outstanding activities program with a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in. The Renaissance of Florence is an outstanding independent living facility.

In short, if the resident is highly social and motivated, this might be a good choice. Otherwise, if needy and shy…
★★★★★
CriticalIf the resident is very mobile and independent, they will likely have a good experience. A resident requiring very much assistance is not likely to have a good experience.
