Comfort and Love is a safe, secure, and lovely environment. The care team seems very friendly and professional. I've never seem any place quite as cozy, intimate, and home-like as Comfort and Love. It's an A+!

Care lives up to the name

Staff at Comfort is outstanding. They offer the appropriate level of care for the elderly. They communicate with extremely well, and are very quick and responsive about changes in care.

We have recently tried to "up our game" on the dining front and see that we have hit the mark. It's not always clear what an important part of everyone's day meals really are, especially when they are being prepared for you. Thank you for visiting your loved one while they are with us, it means a lot to them and to us as well, after all that's really the best care anyone can provide. We know that both Katy and Raj are exceptional at what they do, and they're a big reason why we believe it when we say we provide "The Best Care in Wichita!". Beautiful and safe home for your loved ones!

Administration and floor staff are the best! The facility is beautiful! The food is amazing in taste and presentation! I feel I can come and go and my aunt will be taken good care of when I’m not there! The other residents seem happy and healthy! My aunt agrees with me!

We have recently focused more on activities, and are working on having our residents participate more often, which is not always easy to do. Our chefs are very good and always have something delicious to offer. Our care staff is excellent as well and we will pass on your thoughts to them too. Tour Comfort and Love

An amazing boutique community is an alternative to the "big box." The staff to resident ratio is 6:1, scheduled activities allow the residents to engage, socialize and enjoy time together. The home amenities are second to none. [name removed] and staff are totally committed to caring for the residents and communicating with the family. I highly recommend Comfort and Love Senior Care Homes.

Over I liked the directors and staff. I felt there were not enough events/activities. In some ways their newness showed. Still figuring some things out. They offer activites such as; craft, group exercise,trivia/word games. and occasional entertainment.

I apologize for not responding when you entered this review, we were very busy getting through our "start-up mode", filling beds and working out some kinks in our service back then, thank you for recognizing that. Now that we have been in business for over 3 years, we feel we know most of what can come our way, (although we learn new things every day), and have overcome many obstacles in that time. Activities are always a tricky thing since we are all such individuals, it's hard to force people into doing what may be good for them, particularly when they already know what they like. We have certainly offered many different things to all of our residents over time and have found some that many can and do participate in. We are always open to new ideas and experimenting with what people suggest. So far our best activities include; holiday festivities and birthdays, bowling, flower arranging, cookie making, Roy Rogers singalongs, chair yoga and band exercises, our men's group chats, and many others I can't name off the top of my head. There really is no limit to what people like to do, as long as we encourage them to express themselves and catch them when they are ready. Thanks again for your valuable input.
