Review for Park West Plaza

The staff at Park West last year when we had the urgent need to get family into assisted living was great. They really showed that they cared, understood the urgency and the situation of having one parent with memory issues and one parent in the hospital with an emergency. They helped us as much as they could along the journey. Throughout 2025 I have to say that the service has been a steady decline. It's close proximity to me. Able to visit anytime. Improvements. I don't really know my mom was only there a very short time.

Definitely recommend! The cottages are beautiful and staff are very attentive and supportive. Located close to small beautiful lake with a walking path. Grocery store and drug store easy to walk to. Very safe, quiet and friendly place. Fantastic place to be!

After my father received a diagnosis of dementia. My relatives and I knew it was time for my dad to transition into a facility. My cousin told me about "A Place for Mom." So, I reached out to them to help me find places. After looking over a few of the assisted living facilities. I reached out to Stacy Marley at Park West Plaza to setup an appointment to ask questions and to look at the different apartments available. Room for improvement.

Her apartment didn't get cleaned for 4 months because apparently they were short staffed. She felt like the administration was not up front about price increases. The non-admin staff was friendly and helpful.
