★★★★★
Positive5 all the way. What we like the most about the community is that they keep the members active and yes we would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living community to other families based on the experience we have had.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and the facility were great. It's only drawback is that it is in Virginia. My advice to families is... if your loved one has a risk of falling ( out of bed or out of their wheelchair), stay out of Virginia.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff gets a 5+. What we like the most about the community is that the families inquiries are addressed promptly and individually. The friendliness of all of the staff and volunteers encourages everyone involved

★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hillsville. I have minimal complaints. Good response when we asked for things we felt were needed. So happy to be there with Hospice overseeing and we also hired additional caregivers so someone would be with her the majority of the day. Rarely any extra at night.
★★★★★
CriticalThey don't have enough staff right now to take care of the residents. They have one nurse and everyone else is an assistant so they cant make any decisions. The person that runs the location is never there for you to ask the questions that you have and then also with one nurse there is no nurse to answer questions. I would not recommend. Until they fix this problem things will not be good.
