Through our philosophy of complete care, we allow a wholesome, holistic living that involves families, essential services, comfortable living spaces, and wonderful people who sincerely support each resident across every moment. Services and Amenities Staff members are specially trained to support the needs of people with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia. Our programs and amenities provide a comfortable, home-like setting where residents receive the individualized care and patient attention they need. Residents receive three meals daily as well as assistance with all activities of daily living. We also work to maintain a vibrant lifestyle for residents by encouraging them to get involved with an array of fun activities, like social gaming and trips to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. What most impressed me was the cleanliness and security when entering this building. Greeted with a genuine hello and smile. Direction given to use system upon entering and location of loved one. How staff respected each other with words and actions which in turned shows in caring for their patients. If staff happy all benefit. Thank you for all you do.

I was very unhappy with this facility. The nursing aids are horrible. They do not care about the patients at all the worst one there was the woman [name removed] she could care less if you parent lived or died I wouldn’t bring an animal to this care facility. the place was dirty. The pictures that they show on the Internet do not look like the room. They leave the poor patients in the day room all day just to sit there and look at walls the physical therapy was good, but the nursing staff the aids are horrible here…

Where should l begin. 1. The food was horrendous. I would even feed it to a rat. 2. I was promised a shower two days in a row. Never happened so l was forced to bath myself in the sink. 3. Bedding had a old musty smell to it. 4. God forbid if u needed anything. When u ring the call button it takes at least a hour or more before anyone responds to it. So for poor patients that are unable to get out of bed had to sit in there own [profanity removed] or piss until someone came to change them. 5. They told my roommate …

So far, the facility and the workers are truly amazing. But, for the price our loved ones are paying to stay there, I think it's time to do something about the food, it is disgusting and presentation is not pretty. You're getting a LOT of money for these patients to be there, and, they don't want to be there, but most of them have no choice, so why don't you spend a little more money and give these people better food, since that's all they have to look forward to, on a daily basis, in your facility.

PositiveBeautifully run Assisted Living facility.
There are not enough kind words to describe our experience. The Administrator [name removed] runs a beautiful facility. Her staff go above and beyond to make each resident comfortable. The food has been delicious. The suites are cozy and well cared for. My Mom is adjusting to Assisted Living due to the excellent care provided. Having worked many years in healthcare I recognize the effort the professional staff are putting into my Mothers care. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.
