About the community
Magnolia Gardens is owned and operated by the Lapid Family. At the center of everything we do is one philosophy: 'Treat each client like they are a member of our family.' Our team is comprised of individuals who take our philosophy to heart. With our knowledge, experience, talent and motivation, we are able to serve virtually any need of our client. With our focus on providing a loving and supportive environment, we are able to create personal relationships with our clients and their loved ones. The trust that has been imparted to us confirms that what we do meets our clients' needs. Our mission is to promote our clients' safety and wellness in a loving and supportive environment so that they can pursue the activities that give their life meaning and joy. The philosophy of care for the Lapid Family is based on our experience and understanding that each person is more than the sum of their parts... Each person has a lifetime of experience, knowledge and insight that molds them into someone who cannot be defined by just a diagnosis. Understanding who they are, what motivates them, what makes them happy and what makes them unique, are all keys in creating a plan of care that will help them achieve the highest quality of life. We believe if a client is determined and motivated they can do incredible things. We, as their care givers, are fueled by our passion to ignite that part of them so they can feel rewarded in their everyday achievements.

CriticalI would absolutely give this facility a one star we have called several times trying to fix issues with my aunt who has been staying there for almost a year now clothing is gone. Missing remote control has gone missing her dinners are absolutely disgusting. All they’re giving her is a sandwich and maybe a slice of bread Somebody has also been coming into her room and taking water out of her little refrigerator and yogurt every time I’ve reached out to management. I have gotten no reply. Look elsewhere before you si…

PositiveOur family had an in person tour with Magnolia Gardens and the basic studio apartment was smaller than the [community name removed] apartment. The room my sister would have to take was too far for her to walk to the dining room. However, the dining hall, Theater Room, and overall attractiveness of Magnolia was better than [community name removed] . Magnolia wanted 2x as much money guaranteed than SO.

CriticalWe toured Magnolia Gardens during our search for care for our loved one. This facility was not as clean as most of the others that we toured. They also didn't offer a good variety of activities. The atmosphere was kind of terrible, residents just hanging out in the hallways, yelling, etc.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was fine and very nice at Magnolia Gardens. Communication with the family was good via phone and email. Mom was in hospice for the last 2 years and Medicaid since June and they did keep her in a single room. I do think when hospice is there, the Management staff lags with regards to work. As for food, mom was on a strained food diet so can't comment.
★★★★★
PositiveAs far as value it's quite good. We are more than satisfied. They are caring, exceptionally clean and a well cared for facility. Our family member suffers from dementia and cannot recall any of our names and faces but she smiles and responds to her care givers there. This proves to us that their care goes beyond the necessary to the exceptional. She is well fed, clean and content. Magnolia Gardens is quick to return calls and schedules regular meetings to keep us informed about her every need and every medical issu…
