Copperfield Hill

A very nice facility, with a friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and peaceful, great atmosphere! Had a nice schedule of events, transportation alternatives, and a good location. I will seriously consider this location.

A great community-oriented living experience with friendly, efficient staff.

My mom is in an independent-living apartment at Copperfield. She and I have both been impressed by the staff, who all seem to make a point to learn people's names. There is a nice variety of activities and they have monthly Tavern dinners (it's extra), but my mom has said the food is always delicious. I like the open atrium style of the building, as well, it increases the sense of community, plus adds light and spaciousness.

Taking care of people one day at a time

They care for the residents top notch. So happy with Copperfield. The building might be older, but with staff and maintenance staff. This place runs like well oiled machine. They are prompt with any requests I have for my mom's cares. Could not be happier. I would recommend to others.

Visit

Nurses where very poor and didnt seem to care. Staff was very negative and lazy. Unwilling to even get up from their desk. Unfriendly and had very poor attitudes. They didnt even stand up to introduce themselves nor shake my hand, they stayed sitting behind there desk in their office and that showed me the kind of place and atmosphere it is. If you cant show the simple respects and gestures to family when coming to see a loved one that is just sad.

They did everything in their power to make this difficult transition for my mother in law better. Answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. Took action quickly.

Smooth and safe transition to senior living for our parents

They've been there one month. I think a solid 4 across the board... So far. Friendly residents. Kind staff. Daily activities. Copperfield Hill is a unique and pretty building. I am glad they have medical care available onsite: primary care and nursing.
