Everyone who works there was super attentive, friendly and kind. The food was just amazing! We enjoyed some live jazz and what a super fun activity. Also can't get over how well the employees remember not just the name of guests but also visitors. I found the wellness center to be amazing! The fresh citrus water, the med techs who give meds were so kind and don't just gives meds and walk out, they ask how resident is doing that day and take the time to chat and remember things about them and their lives. The Coterie pricing model is different than for other facilities because they separate out rent and care costs. This enables customers to pay for the level of care they want/need. This arrangement is particularly helpful for customers needing a high degree of care. They will pay a higher price than they would at other facilities, but the level of care will be impressive.

Coterie gets a zero. I felt scammed. Had me put down a deposit when determined there wasn't room in memory care. They wouldn't give the deposit back as promised then finally gave me all but $[fee removed] back the charged me $[fee removed]a month as if my aunt was there!!! I have not nor will I pay them anything but they handled it poorly .

Service in the dining room should be faster, but it has improved lately. I enjoy the camaraderie with some residence, and the staff is just wonderful.
