The facilities are excellent The staff to resident ratio seems low They definitely provide a lot of individual attention They are good with communication I like to on-site medical care subscription. The docs call at least once a month and spend time on the phone giving me updates and thoughts My dad seems to have falls very often and he doesn't even walk. Only uses a wheelchair He has gone to the ER twice because he fell out of bed and bumped his head. I had to suggest need pillows to keep him in place. That …

It's soo expensive. Feels a bit impersonal, pricey. He loved the food and entertainment. for us it was the perfect place for transitional care because we wanted it to feel like we were moving our loved one into a fancy apartment. But I would not be able to afford it long term
