CriticalThe Sales Pitch is Not True
It is a small facility and the residents are sweet people. But the menu is never what is published on the board. The monthly calendar is FALSE. Manicures do not happen, exercise does not happen, crafts seldom occur. The only activities that occur are from outside groups like hospice or school groups. They say that they offer fresh fruit and snacks but that is not true either. The workers do the bare minimum and are worried about doing more work than each other. Country Cottage Russellville is a very small facility. It is a good price. They have low levels of activities provided for residents. The people are all very nice. They could improve by offering more variety on the food menu. To help with the urine smell, they need to change the patients more often, and put on a toileting schedule , room fragrances.

It is a small intimate setting with a sweet staff. My relative has not been real happy with the food or activities, but she likes the caring nature of the staff. They have been responsive to my needs as well. It is a good price compared to many other assisted-living facilities in the area.

A sweet member of my church family moved to Country Cottage in Russellville. I can't say enough positive things about this community. The staff are always available to help her. She said she didn't know what she would do without her "girls" at the Cottage. I pop in to check on her all the time. They have great activities and the food is absolutely fantastic. Their cook should open a restaurant. We are so thankful for these sweet ladies who work here and take excellent care of my friend. I would recommend 10 out of…
