Criticallooks really nice on the outside - but have major concerns about the care on the inside
Our experience with this community was not very good. We felt that Country House was more worried about filling out the paperwork and getting that paycheck then actually listening to the needs and expectations we had for our loved ones care. We repeatedly told them our loved one was a high fall risk, and sure enough within 26 hours she had fallen and broken a hip.
