My mother is doing well and I give all the credit to Courtyard Manor. I have a good connection with the staff, and they always do everything they can to accommodate my and mom's needs.

Positivea positive experience
I can't rate the activities because I'm usually there in the evening and I'm not sure my husband participates when they're going on during the day. The staff is very kind and loving to the residents and they're very friendly with me. My only complaint is that the courtyard in back is not secured with a fence so the residents that are ambulatory are not allowed to go out without supervision.

I am very happy with Courtyard Manor in Swartz Creek. The staff is very tender with my mom and are fairly prompt in responding to her call for help. The facility is neat and clean. The meals are well prepared however less pasta and more veggies would make for healthier balance. I suspect there may be limitations in the food budget! I would give Courtyard Manor a big 5 stars!

As my Mother has progressed through her Journey with Dementia it has taken many things from her she use to be able to do for herself. She is now in what you call a Broda Chair because she can no longer sit up on her own. I Thank God everyday for Courtyard Manor having Compassion to accept my Mother and Maintain her Dignity and Respect. This community was too small and I did not care about the set up for dinning. It was Too small and felt like people were just laying around in chairs and sleeping not the environment I felt like my loved one would like.
