Poor communication and Service

They are understaffed and I felt like they told lies to get her in there. They also were not forthcoming about needing to provide a 30 day cancellation. I told them she'd only be in there for a few weeks and they are still trying to bill them for 2 months They told her she was allowed to have her dog there and that the staff would walk the dog for her which wasn't true She was left on the toilet several times

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice size and clean. Lots of activities for them. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Dining Room Staff

My server offered to photograph a mother duck sitting on her egg across from the patio. I watch her even in the rain. I wanted a picture to share. Very kind of her to offer since it is raining daily here. Nature lover.

Danbury Level 3 Care

Residents were friendly and shared their interests. Meal selection was diverse, with lots of altenatives available daily. Could use more staff for level 3 residents, with undue waiting for wheelchar attendents.
