I would say a 5. Reasons: *EVERYONE is kind and helpful. Even as time has progressed I am still feeling that kindness. I see that they are helpful with my mom, and ANY issue that arises. *NURSES and the medical care staff have been very attentive to mom's medical needs that we clearly were not able to address as they should be. (The MAIN reason we decided to place her in a place such as Danbury.) VERY pleased with her overall care. *Office, services and food services support are excellent as well. Very pleased wi…

Administration excellent, environment/activities are wonderful, building great, room is very nice! Food pretty good. Therapists great..... However, the most important people, the daily caregivers, aids, nurses are 2/3 Language barrier, do not come for about 1 + hrs when button pushed. Not always nice, it's a shame, but it's at every place.
