I would say a 5. Reasons: *EVERYONE is kind and helpful. Even as time has progressed I am still feeling that kindness. I see that they are helpful with my mom, and ANY issue that arises. *NURSES and the medical care staff have been very attentive to mom's medical needs that we clearly were not able to address as they should be. Our family's experience

Administration excellent, environment/activities are wonderful, building great, room is very nice! Food pretty good. Therapists great..... However, the most important people, the daily caregivers, aids, nurses are 2/3 Language barrier, do not come for about 1 + hrs when button pushed. Not always nice, it's a shame, but it's at every place.

Good choice

My overall experience has been good. Everyone has been very welcoming and I enjoy the wide age/experience range and the mix of independent and assisted living. Service has been efficient but sometimes wait times have been longer than anticipated. Food is varied, well prepared and proportions are generous. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Initially we had some communication issues but the staff was/is willing to listen to our concerns and make great strides forward. Staff is always friendly + responsive.
