CriticalDeer Park was lovely. However the executive director at the time was inept. My mother left after living there 4 weeks. It was not a good experience for her. It's a beautiful facility. The food is OK. The apartments are gorgeous and that's about all I have to say.

CriticalShe kept walking without her walker. They knew she was a fall risk and she fell on the dining room floor on a hard surface and broke the head of her femur and died eight days later on her death certificate it says accident from the fall. I don't think they keep a good enough eye on people that are a follower Risk so I can't really recommend.

He even organized for my MIL to have lunch with a resident there so she could get a better sense of the community and activities. Plans unfortunately changed when the assessment came back recommending Memory Care. We then had a harder time getting a sense of the Memory Care community, capabilities and lifestyle, mainly due to time …
