CNA's and hands on care staff are personable and kind. They are helpful and I appreciate their humor. Maintenance person is the kindest and funny. They need to upgrade the kitchen and common areas.

I've had several relatives and a couple of close friends stay at Sylvan Crossings over the last 25 years, most recently my Mom. Sylvan took great care of all of them. The staff were very caring people, the food was good, and they offered lots of activities.

The community is easily accessible. Communication between the staff and our family is very good. They keep us well informed and up to date. The community is very neat and clean. I would recommend this community to others.

PositiveThe tour was okay. I definitely wanted caring staff with healthcare and benefits. I thought they needed that to give better care to the residents. If they are happy they will give great services. I also did not get a chance to see the director. I was trying to see all my tours in one day since I live out of town.
