Positive5 for everything. My parents really like the facility. The staff have been wonderful. With the exception of a few dishes, food has been good as well. The main reason we chose Discovery Village at West Chase was the location, size of the unit and my parents could each have their own bedroom and bathroom.

PositiveStaff is friendly. Most struggle with English. Food was much better but they have a new chef and the quality has gone down. They just hired a new Director for memory care so hopefully there will be more activities and outings planned for them. The cost is expensive but the facility seems very safe.

PositiveStaff is very caring and I believe they are very low turnover because they are actually employed by the facility. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is in the market for looking. I liked that it was a smaller facility so I thought it would be easier for my mom to navigate. The people were very friendly. It was a newer facility and also close to my home.
