★★★★★
PositiveMy mom still loves the place overall. They did raise her rates which it was already expensive enough, and she thinks the food quality has gone down downhill. She is not the only one complaining about this. One of her other friends was saying the same thing. So overall, she is staying there and is happy with activities and the facility itself.
★★★★★
PositiveThey treat us like family. We love all of them. Food is delicious
★★★★★
Positiveresidents very friendly. only serve one meal a day. For the monthly rent we pay, I think we should get three meals a day at no additional charge. Food is nothing to brag about. I don't join in with any but it seems like they are frequently doing something or going somewhere.
★★★★★
PositiveThe assisted living was great. Food, environment etc. My dad moved to memory care unit. Staff was great, good not so good.
★★★★★
CriticalThe food quality is fair at best. They raised the rent a significant amount from last year. My mom was paying $[fee removed] for her 1 bedroom, she now pays $[fee removed].
★★★★★
PositiveDiscovery Village Trinity is working harder to make things better and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
