★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are always very nice and willing to help, I love the fact they all call mom by name. The activities seem to be fun for the residents but where they are lacking is the food. I'm glad I don't have to eat it. But I'm a little more picky than mom. I have gone to the admin a couple of times with concerns but they were addressed and corrected right away. The building and rooms are very clean, I see them working almost every single time I go in.
★★★★★
Positive-Very clean facility. The staff very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I would recommend.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been wonderful in helping my mom answer the phone for video calls and keeping us informed about recent falls and any concerns regarding her care. They were also very helpful in working through adjustments after my dad moved in. We especially appreciate the attention they give to her incontinence care. She is always clean, never has soiled clothing, and there are no unpleasant odors. The overall care and communication have been excellent, giving our family great peace of mind.
★★★★★
PositiveMom was not satisfied, but Dogwood and the family did all they could to try to help her. She is with me and my husband now in Carthage, NC and still dissatisfied. She can't get past having the need for assistance in her daily living. She has recently talked about going to assisted living here. I thought about it. We would want something close by. She would need a private room. Her income is [fee removed].

PositiveAfter touring a few different places, Dogwood Crossing was the only place my step father actually liked and felt like he would be comfortable staying there. The facility is very well kept with a homey feel and the staff is friendly and attentive.
★★★★★
PositiveThe care they give him. For the most part, they have a good crew taking care of him and them except for a certain two people. Everyone seems to be very friendly and ask if I need anything. They are very hospitable and that is very much appreciated. A couple of my husbands friends went to see him and they were very impressed with the cleanliness and among other things,
