Sunrise of Dublin Memory Care: A Severe Safety & Care Risk

My husband was at Sunrise of Dublin Memory Care for 5 months. I moved him out because he was unsafe & poorly cared for. Management listened to my complaints, but only provided only temporary patches. The Director relied on issuing memos which didn't fix problems. The Memory Care Manager was in her office or away at training instead of out on the floor, leaving little direct oversight of employees. Great guide, very nice facility, great location (very pretty setting). Quite intimate if that is something that would appeal to you or your relative. It would be nice if more larger apartments were available, but they are hard to come by at most assisted living facilities.

Would highly recommend

The staff is wonderful. The facility is lovely my uncles and the memory care so they don't have as many activities but it is a wonderful place.

It is a warm environment where the staff engages with the residence. I am very pleased with every staff member that I have met and every room has a homie touch and a welcoming environment. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs assisted living or memory care.

Review for Sunrise of Dublin

I had to fight to get the refund when I left and I constantly had to remind the aides that I was entitled to one assisted shower per week. One time it was three weeks before I had my next shower. And I kept complaining about. Made a lot of friends easily enough.
