There was no issue with the administrative employees only issues with the executive staffing. The original Executive Director was there one day and gone the next with no explanation given to the residents' family members. Also there were staffing issues with the aides. I was told that one of the aides had not come to work 10 days out of 14. My mother is relatively new in the facility. I think the staff so far is attentive, caring and friendly. I can't give it a fair assessment at this point. But today, a 3+. I am looking for the consistency in her care and professionalism continues.

This facility is great, the staff takes good care of their residents. The director is very personalized with the residents. The facility is clean and the service there is very one on one I would recommend this facility to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience visiting here. The staff and directors were professional and conveyed a genuine energy for the facility and residents. There was an at home type vibe. The kitchen was clearly visible, the food being prepared smelled amazing. I was genuinely impressed!
