It's not been a smooth transition for my parents. They both have had health issues. Most of the staff has been great but a few of the aides have been less than diligent. I sympathize because I think they are overworked and underpaid. Sadly that is the path of our health care system in general. The food has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times it's awful. Still some adjusting going on for my parents.

PositiveVery impressed. Property and common areas were very well kept. The individual rooms are quite spacious and seem to be large, it’s hard to tell with a lot of furniture and some of them. They reported that they have staff members that have been there for a really long time such as 20+ years for some of them.

This Alf has a wonderful and caring atmosphere. The entire staff is focused on the welfare and comfort of the residents. Everyone working there greets any resident they see by name and with a smile. The residents are thriving and the community is rich in activities which are directed towards the interests of the residents.
