PositiveOverall, there were many positive aspects to the experience. However, it may be helpful for families to ask detailed questions about how the community supports residents with changing needs, particularly related to dementia, as approaches can vary. I'd recommend a more robust schedule of check ins on respite patients.

PositiveMy father was a resident since the end of [date removed], unfortunately he passed away 5 days before Christmas, he loved Heritage Woods and the people who work there, these people are amazing, very friendly and happy to help when you need it, i highly recommend this location if you have a parent that is in need of assisted living, very affordable, veteran discounts, trust me, you wont go wrong !!

Anytime they see him in passing. They manage his medication as well and keep us up-to-date. He has had some recent health issues over the last 12 months that h…

PositiveVery friendly, clean, warm and inviting atmosphere. They give an automatic 10% veterans discount and opting for a nice sized studio made it affordable. We are pleased and he is fitting in well.
