In the assisted side they are pretty chill but the housekeepers seem lazy. We didn't like the independent side because of Texas weather being a problem but for assisted and memory care it was much better.

The common areas and Mom's room are always very clean. The staff is always very kind and professional. They have many fun activities and sometimes have musical guests come in and perform for the residence. It is expensive, but not as expensive as other places we looked at, and the quality is much higher.

Moved my 91 year old mom here after a stroke from out of state. No effort was made to welcome her or get to know her once the lease was signed. She fell twice, pushed her button and waited, waited, and waited, yelling, “Help” both times she eventually had to crawl to her door and yell for help. Once she returned from ER visits, no one checked on her even though the entire side of her face was black and blue from hitting her head as she fell.
