Friendly staff, nice atmosphere

The staff has been really great. I am an hour and a half from them. I only go there a few times a month. I did have issues a couple times with them signing off that they were showering him and that didn't happen as often as it should. I did address that promptly

Highly recommend Elderwood Village

I would say 5 for everything but food and activities. For those I would rate 4. The activities director at the time did not reach out to my mom when she first moved in so she did not know when things were happening. But other than that the activities were great. The food was very good but sometimes inconsistent with quality. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. I've not experienced any bad smells. Maintenance has been very kind, patient and helpful. Staff have been upbeat, welcoming and ready to listen to the needs of residents sometimes through their loved ones.

Great Experience

I needed Respite Care quickly and desperately for my brother. Elderwood was right there to help and made us very comfortable during a very stressful time. Clean, comfortable and amazing staff. Highly recommend them!
