Exceptional staff

The staff in particular is very positive and professional. They get to know the residents and are patient and attentive. The facility is a little on the older and smaller side, but has everything one would need.

Good place

Mom seems to like it. She is doing well. She loves the food and the activities. She sets her hair done weekly and goes to mass every week. We are happy. I don’t really have much more to say.

Moving from an apartment to Assisted Living...what to know

The facility is very clean and has good food and activities. The move in process was very easy. I had good communication for most things. There has been some questions as to what day she is scheduled for a shower and getting it done. Overall, we are happy with our choice.

I needed availability right away. [facility name removed] had a spot open and Elderwood Village Greece did not. But I did like the overall look of the other Elderwood community over the Greece location.

Elderwood in Greece was going through a lot of reno work when we visited. People were wonderful Residents & staff were friendly. Dining room looked pleasant. Only downfall (besides construction) the rooms were very small.

A great facility that feels like a caring home!

I was very impressed with Elderwood. They are very helpful, personable and caring. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entire place has a homey feel.
