Since they are short-staffed and everyone is overtaxed, Some things do fall by the wayside once in awhile, but there are some things that are well done and there are some really good people that work there. I wish I could remember all their names to highlight them. Sometimes it takes a while to get the rooms cleaned. Sometimes it takes a while for the laundry to come back. Supposed to be a quick turnaround within a day or so, but sometimes it does take longer and things often disappear. When my mother first joined …

Expect a long delay in switching over to the on-site doctor. Communication is inconsistent. I would recommend it. They have a nice variety of activities for residents.

Most everyone that I have interacted with seems very friendly and I like the look of their calendar of activities. There are many things on there that my mother is interested in and I look forward to her taking part in those. I do feel like there is some communication breakdown between us and the staff and between the morning and evening shifts.

I would say the staff is friendly overall. They seem to be short staffed. The servers do a good job. House keeping not great. A lot of clothing missing. They don't change bedding much. My mother had the runs and then it cleared. The following week I was straightening her blankets and I noticed diarrhea on her sheet from the week before. I had to pull the sheets off the bed.
