PositiveFor questions 1–5, I would give a rating of 5. For questions 6 and 8, I would give a rating of 4. My only concern is the food service. Considering the amount my mom pays, she should consistently receive exactly what she orders, but that doesn't always happen. For question 7, I would mark N/A because my mom does not participate in the activities offered.

PositiveFrom my perspective 5 stars- I thinks it's the best place my mom could be. From my mom's perspective 4 stars- She feels they are understaffed and since she has food sensitivity, it is sometimes hard to get the food she wants... and scheduling for food is difficult.

PositiveQuail Summit has been the perfect spot for my Uncle. Memory care residents are treated with dignity. The staff is always upbeat and have a sense of humor. Relatives are welcome and given help in all areas of caring for their loved ones. My Uncle loves his cozy room, the food and care he is given. Even in his sad moments of mourning for his old life, he is happy to be at Quail Summit!

PositiveThe staff I dealt with were very nice people. Unfortunately, my husband's condition worsened very rapidly and it was difficult to find somewhere to move him on a quick basis. Quail Summit helped me to find a place for his next level of care. When it became clear that he needed more help than they could provide, I did go in to help with his care. PositiveAs far as I can tell at this point, I would give each area a 5. Of course I do not have experience with any other facility, so I don't know what I don't know. But it's the best situation for my mom at this point.

PositiveMy husband went into Memory Care earlier this year. He is still acclimating but the facilities are nice and well kept. Staff tries hard to make residents comfortable. I wish they had more activities for their male patients. Communication has been pretty good thus far.
