The facility is a good place for independent seniors who need little supervision. My parents' medicine was always given on time as directed but as their needs became more the lack of adequate staff was a real concern. Wellness checks, showers, changings, etc were irregular and not frequent enough. The facility is clean and the staff and residents are generally pleasant. The rooms are a good size, especially for the price.

The administrative staff are great. The facilty is so clean.. I can't believe it but all the floors are moped every day. The maid on my floor does an excellent job of keeping my room clean and. Does excellent job doing my laundry. Tenants are friendly. Great. Place to. Live.

Although I wasn’t personally a resident at Elevated Estates, my sister, [name removed], stayed there for three weeks before she passed. During that time, I had many conversations with the staff, and every interaction was kind, supportive, and helpful. Because of that, I feel confident giving a five-star rating. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such a caring and compassionate environment at the end of her life.
