Review for Elite Senior Living Center

Overall we are happy with the center. The staff is friendly and responsive. The food is good and [name removed] is happy there. The major complaint is around the HVAC and the controls. the room can swing to VERY uncomfortably hot to cold so that she has to have two space a heaters in the winter. There was a room on the same floor that was promised to her but got rented to someone else, she said. It had a kitchen and an bedroom. Disappointing. That's about it.

Good for basic needs

Our family member likes the people and the food. I think they need more activities. They have not followed through on a lot of the things they told us they would do for her. It is like pulling teeth for them to come clean- they are supposed to weekly. They are constantly having difficulty with their payment systems and accounting. They go through people so you never have anyone to talk to

Memory Care

I wish I could give them a negative 10. They are awful. They left my father unattended . They have no social interactions with the residence. The air conditioner does not work. My father had water leaks in his room. They are not qualified to take care of residents with Memory issues.. They often called the hospital to come get them.. They often refer patients to psychiatric care. Psychiatric care is traumatic for dementia, and Alzheimer patients often can lead to their death.. it’s a very unprofessional facility..

Overall Nice facility and great value

One area that needs attention is the heating and air conditioning system. The building is well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

Dads new place!

My dad absolutely loves living at Elite. He has met a lot of new people & participates in their activities. Sometimes he rides the Elite mini bus to Walmart or target, has fresh homemade meals everyday & is truly enjoying his new place.

It was awful and unfit to keep renting. All the floors don't have air conditioning. Why haven't they been shut down. I left because of heat and air issues I was a registered nurse and I know it's unfit please call the appropriate authority I know they offer a lot and hide all the problems very well
