CriticalDining and food are a 5. Aides that distribute meds are not on time. They come in in the middle of the night and stop right inside the door and yell for residents to get up and do not assist them. Head RN [name removed] in assisted doesn't follow up to see if her staff performs their duties. My mom has Parkinson's which they knew when she was admitted and they did not give her the assistance she required. They evicted her after 2 months.
