PositiveThe director was very friendly and answered all questions we had. She also gave us a folder with information to take with us, including prices. This is a small place and it was clean and smelled good. During our tour, there was a group of residents having fun playing bingo. We were shown the inside and outside of the facility, including rooms of different sizes. When we first arrived, the chef made fresh cookies for us and they were very good.
★★★★★
PositiveNice place.Definitely an older clientele base. All on one floor, in a nice area, with sitting areas outside in a treed area. The facility had only 50 occupants, so a slower more laid back atmosphere.
★★★★★
PositiveIf they would clean the rooms a little better and more often it would be really close to a 5. The staff all seem pretty happy and are always friendly. They also seem to be genuinely caring. The food is good, at least what I have sampled and seen. I would recommend it.
★★★★★
CriticalComplaints are never addressed. Medication errors and or simply taken away without knowledge to residents or their families. Food is bad. All should get a choice instead of eating exact same thing all else do. Portions are inadequate. Much much room for improvement.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were extremely helpful in getting my mom to the facility when I was unable to do it myself due to living out of state. They really went out of their way and loved my mom for the time she was there. Exceptionally helpful and caring staff.
