Elk Creek Recommendation

The care staff are incredible and the facility is very clean. We had a few issues with being able to control her room temperature after Mom moved in but it was resolved after some maintenance staff changes. The activities are great and the food has been good. Mom is actually gaining weight! This has by far been the best change for my Mom! The facility really is a blessing!

Do not recommend for memory care

This facility claims to be a memory care facility yet they falsely advertise as a memory care facility as my mom and several others were kicked out because they could not handle them yet my mom went to another facility, [community removed] and it is the same type of facility yet they have no issues there with her as they show more compassion and care. Dads New Home

I would give them a 3 on accounting and returning calls. The staff is very friendly and my Father In Law is happy there. My father in law enjoys the food. There are Plenty of activities if resident is willing to participate- which my FIL does not.

Reasons to like Elk Creek

Since August we have discovered more and more aspects of Elk Creek like and more to like about each one. The staff here is genuinely caring and actively helpful. Monthly family nights are very well planned for residents and family members' enjoyment. The attention to detail and quality of food and activities is exceptional.

New Experience

This is my dad's first experience in assisted living and he would tell you that it is not home, but n he will also say that the staff is friendly, professional and treats him with dignity and respect. The Sales Specialist greeted my dad on his move in day with two of his favorite things Sprite and canned whipping cream.
