Really no complaints at all. Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very responsive to requests and maintenance of the grounds is timely and nicely maintained. Activities are sufficient- weekly group events, exercise sessions, crafts available. Trips to Walmart and grocery store offered weekly. Apartment is nicely sized for one person and had new carpet and flooring. Common areas appear clean, however, dated. Daily meals are offered but our mom prefers cooking for herself while she can. I am very satisfied with our move to Elliott Place Senior Living. The facility has more than exceeded my expectations. Although it's an adjustment to down size, etc. it provided much more space than any other facility we looked at. The complex has been very responsive to all of our requests and things ask for to help us adjust to living in a Senior Living Community. She explained all my options, and originally there was gonna be an apartment on the end that was available, but I was just concerned about it, about it being at the end, and she called me a couple of days later to say there was one four doors down, so I am in preparation to move in there in three weeks. I would give a 5 in all categories. We have not tried activities as of yet. It is quite and peaceful. The residents will speak to you when they see you!. If there are any questions or concerns, calling the office takes care of it. The properties are well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
