Cost was too high for me. The walk from parking lot too far for my condition. Staff was very kind, place was nice and clean.

The staff is very accommodating. The sincerely try to help good but is improving. I have a one bedroom more than enough room. Overall I am very happy here.

[name removed] loves it. She likes the good. They are moving the smoking area so more people can enjoy the patio and beautiful flowers. The elevator was down for one week but they brought the meals to the rooms at no charge. I was concerned when elevator was down for the week and no back up plan other than the stairs. It is independent living with services offered but you pay extra for those.

The facility has nice curb appeal when you drive up. Extremely nice staff. The residence were active with various activities and they all looked happy engaging with one another. All of the apartments were different layouts. Some had been remodeled while others were outdated. They offer many helpful amenities to their residents. I really liked one of the one bedroom apartments but sadly someone rented it within hours of our visit. It is still at the top of my list.

Elm Park Estates Active Living offers a welcoming and well-maintained environment that feels both comfortable and secure. During my time visiting the community, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to answer questions without making me feel rushed. Good, but could be better

The quality of food in terms of offering fresh fruit and veggies in particular is very disappointing. The shuttle service hours keep getting reduced, meanwhile the pricing keeps going up. There's a lot of staff turnover which makes continuity of experience really challenging. And the ownership/management of the facility has changed twice since my gram moved in less than a year ago which just exacerbates all the other issues.
