Welcome to Emerald Valley in Eugene, Oregon. This community has been caring for seniors since 1990 in the beautiful southern hills of Eugene. With only 40 apartments, staff are committed to providing a personal and homelike atmosphere with considerate care. Staff believe that all residents are entitled to their independence, be treated with respect, and enjoy their right to privacy — all while offering residents informed choices about their care and daily living activities. This community is cozy and inviting with comfortable, clean interiors and a manicured lawn and garden. Emerald Valley is located on a relatively quiet street and is surrounded by large pine, evergreen, and maple trees. With so much foliage around, residents will get to enjoy the bold fall colors every year — a true Oregon delight. This community is also conveniently located near area schools, parks, and shops. Emerald Valley Details Staff at Emerald Valley provide residents with a variety of personal care services including diabetic care, ambulatory care, incontinence care, medication management, and more. Various community specialists make regular on-site visits to provide ancillary services as needed. Residents enjoy three chef-inspired meals per day and in between those gathering times, are encouraged to participate in the on-campus and off-campus community activities and events. Living Arrangements Residents may choose between studio and one-bedroom apartments to call home. These spacious floor plans come equipped with amenities such as wheelchair-accessible showers. Respite care is available based on availability. All apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis, giving residents flexibility should their needs ever change. This community is dog and cat friendly, so make sure to bring your furry friend along!
