PositiveWonderful place for retirement
The consultants were always incredibly helpful, and their follow-up was consistent throughout the entire process. I truly felt like they cared about achieving a positive outcome just as much as I did. Working with A Place for Mom made finding the right place for my mom so much easier and less stressful. We ultimately chose Emerson because of its convenient location, but what really stood out was the wonderful staff. CriticalDO NOT RECOMMEND
This facility is being shut down. DO NOT recommend it to new clients. We just moved my father in law in 6 months ago & now we have to relocate him to a significantly more expensive place. I’m very disappointed that they let us move him in knowing the shut down was imminent. Also, the people at the front desk are awful! They are either extremely rude or completely apathetic. There were also roaches in the apartment when we moved him in. Overall, this has been a horrible experience for us.
